Is there a squatter who hasn’t paid rent for months? Has your tenant been joined by four party animals in that small one-bedroom apartment, filling up parking spaces with trucks and cars? Or does the tenant have pets in violation of the lease? If the answer is yes and you want to evict that tenant, Dwight Brock, Collier County Clerk of Circuit Courts, will be teaching the basics of evictions at a free seminar from 2:45 to 4:15 p.m. Monday at the Frances Pew Hayes Center for Lifelong Learning at Hodges University.
